Measure your finger with a paper strip
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are usually at their largest. The paper should feel snug, not tight.

Wrap it around your finger
Wrap the paper where the ring will sit. Keep it comfortably snug and make sure it can pass over the knuckle.

Mark and measure
Mark where the paper overlaps, then measure that length in millimetres. Use the circumference column below.
Measure a ring that already fits
Choose a ring that fits the intended finger. Measure the inside diameter, not the outside edge.
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
- Measure straight across the widest inside point in millimetres.
- Match the result with the inner-diameter column below.
